  2. The Institution will check all documents and submit them to the immigration authorities in Japan.
  3. The authorities will issue a Certificate of Enrollment(COE) around one month before your course begins. The institution will send you the CoE as soon as it has been issued and you have paid for your first semester’s fee.
  4.  Once you receive your COE, without wasting a day make an appointment at the nearest Japanese embassy or consulate to apply for the actual visa.
  5. Once you complete the procedure, you will receive your student visa for Japan.
